"Good hotel, decent facilities and kind staff. Breakfast buffet was enormous :-)"

"Clean room 👍👍👍👍👍 Staff friendly👍👍👍👍👍 Shop nearby 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...

"The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay."

"Keep it up!"

"Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"Many facilities are damaged"

"Shops nearby"

"Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine."

"가격 값 하는 같아요. 잠만 자고 오기에 적당한 거 같아요"

"The location is convenient, it’s close to mall and other attraction"

"Hotellet er noget gammelt og trænger til renovering. Værelset var ok for 2 overnatninger. Morgenmad er overvejendende kinesisk mad men stort udvalg. Shopping centret tæt på er halv tomt. Outlet er intet værd, alt for dyrt og danske priser. Nat marked er sjovt og billigt. Den bedste restraurant fandt vi lige overfor hotellet, fantastisk mad og åbent 24/7. "

"Breakfast was great comfort food like home and the hotel staff were very helpful."

"Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues."

"What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍"

"Très bien situé près du terminal de bus. Très bien pour une nuit en transit. Petit déjeuner en libre service"
