"We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. We have been very satisfied with the stay. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located in city center close to local market (Filipino and Wet market) and to Waterfront. At 12 floor you find a great swimmingpool and the rooftop bar. The pool and the pool area is very clean. The breakfast was really excellent. The hotel is very clean everywhere. The hotel has wifi but it was too weak. I therefore upgraded to a higher...

"Fantastic 5 star hotel with excellent service. Stayed in oceanwing and it was perfect. Rooms are big and well equipped. Pool is lovely and not crowded. Beach is beautiful. Breakfast is the best. A fantastic hotel to chill in. Far from KK though!"

"The place looks like it’s been refurbished and it’s terrific. Sea view room(11) is great, close to pool, restaurant and beach (though not very swim able due to rocks that we saw on low tide.) Pool is terrific. Service great a about a half hour grab ride into KK. Highly recommend for a laid back stay. We extended our original 2 day stay to 6. "

"Vi boede på Gaya Island Resort 1 uge og det var et helt fantastisk ophold. Der var ikke en eneste ting vi kunne kritisere. Vores værelsesbalkon havde den mest utrolige udsigt over vandet og i baghaven var regnskoven med alle dens dyre lyde. Om eftermiddagen kom aberne på besøg. Vi spiste på alle 3 restauranter og alle steder var maden super. Der var rigtig meget fisk på menuen.Personalet var alle utrolig søde og venlige og meget dedikeret til stedet. Resortet har deres eget koralrev lige...
