"Very comfortable hotel with extremely good service. Large rooms, good housekeeping, good breakfast and okay internet. The hotel has an outside bar and pizzaria.
The local area feeds safe and secure with not much traffic noise. The area has nothing touristic to offer, but for a business trip the hotel is indeed really good."

"All in all, ok. First night was good. Returned to days later got another room. Big refrigerator in middle of the roome ( noisy aswell ), A/C was running but not cooling, power outlets unstable, a few light bulbs here and there was out. TV signal down. I Didnt complain, as I didnt bother changing rooms.The hotel could definately benefit from renovation, all seems a little worn out."

"The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. We note that there are only few other boats around the route so that there weren’t many other tourists around. The food was also very good."

"Vi havde booket 3 dage, to overnatninger på Halong Sunlight legend cruise. Vi kan ikke sige noget til det imødekommende personale. Alle sammen smilende og venlige.
Vi havde på forhånd fået af vide, der var booket den beste rum til os. I det tilfælde vil jeg ikke så gerne se det mindst gode.
Aircondition virker ikke. Okay, det kan vi måske leve med. Men den blæser der så er i rummet, larmer næsten mere end den diesel-hakker af en motor der er på båden.
Yderligere er der, nuvel gammelt, men alligevel, blod på sengetøjet og noget der ligner olie/creme pletter. Vi beder naturligvis om at få det skiftet, men der ændre ikke på at det er sengetøj der stadig er beskidt.
Badeværelset har rent faktisk en ok størrelse, når man tænker på bådens størrelse. Her er det bare ærgerligt at det hele er ved at falde fra hinanden. Fx er bruseren holdt sammen/sat fast med ståltråd.
Første aften, sidder vi hele aftenen, uden der er en eneste fra personalet i baren og derfor var der ikke mulighed for at købe drikkevarer.
På 2. dagene, hvor vi vender tilbage efter en heldags tur ,er der ikke ryddet af efter aftenens festivitas fra bådens gæster. Ligesom der heller ikke er lagt rene duge på bordene. Det betyder at der bliver taget imod nye gæster, der skal sidde og spise i andres madrester på dugene.
Alt i alt gammelt skib der trænger til med voldsom kærlig hånd, men også trænger til et personale der går lidt mere op i lidt flere detaljer, end på at der skal være under"
