Apartment located in a residence in the heart of Port Bourgenay golf course, in the midst of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated shared swimming pool (1st June – 15th September, wristbands provided).

Accommodation for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).

Open-plan kitchen (kettle, filter coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster, fridge, dishwasher). With balcony overlooking the golf course.



Stay with table, 6 chairs, 1 sofa bed (double bed) and TV.

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



🕰️ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– Type of coffee machine

– Parking advice 🚗
