Actually the hotel has even one disabled room next to the reception and few other rooms with direct access to the room from the courtyard which makes also possible for guests with disabilities to stay in our hotel. We would just recommend to make a direct inquiry in order to guarantee you the right room. The breakfast is most of the times served in a room on the 2nd floor with only few steps. In case this room is reserved for seminars the breakfast is served in our restaurant on the cellar floor. Dear Finn, Thank you for staying in our hotel. We are sorry about the music which you did not like in the hallways. I noticed it myself and we are dealing with it so that it would not be so loud. Regarding outside noise from the streets there is not much we can do unfortunately. From the restaurants we can highly recommend our own Trofe restaurant were all the guests who are staying in the hotel are getting 10% discount from already very decent prices compared to many of the other restaurants but the quality of the food does not suffer from that. Regarding the transfer service there is a big difference between the regular taxi and the transfer. For example the driver will wait you with your name written on a sign in the arrivals hall. In case your flight will be late the transfer car will still be waiting for you. That is why there is also a price difference.
