The Greywood is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the northeast part of town. It is within 5 minutes of a variety of grocery, shopping and dining options. Additionally the property is about 15 minutes to the Capital, FSU, FAMU, and Downtown Tallahassee.

The home is accessible via smartlock. An access code will be provided upon booking.


The Greywood is a cozy home with modern finishes, an open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight. There is a dedicated workspace or makeup desk, outdoor seating on the back deck, and a fenced backyard overlooking the woods.

Each Blackhouse property includes carefully curated features designed to promote rest and well-being:

In addition to our Blackhouse features, the Greywood includes the following amenities:

- Roku enabled TV (guests to use own passwords)

- King bed in primary bedroom
- Full size futon for additional sleeping area
- Vaulted ceiling
- Back patio with outdoor seating
- Fenced yard


Home has a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a full bed in the second bedroom. The couch can also fold down to provide an additional sleeping area.

We are dog friendly! We unfortunately do not allow cats or other animals.

If booked for more than a week, guests are asked to take trash and recycle out to the curb on Thursdays for Friday pickup. The bins are stored on the right side of the house.

If needed there is a fire extinguisher located in the pantry.

The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera.
