We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.

We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 40 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We do require guests to sign our rental agreement.
