Rorry is an attentive host, and communicates to ensure a great stay. Rorry always responds timely to any guest questions, or concerns.
We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.

This home sits on a VERY quiet street in a neighborhood with only 6 other homes occupied by friendly long term homeowners. There is practically NO traffic (foot or vehicular), so please respect the serenity and minimize outside disturbances. I have spent a lot of time at the property, always enjoy it and always feel safe. With that said this home is in a culturally rich neighborhood near the university. Like most neighborhoods near the university, the area reflects the diversity of Tallahassee. Guests who appreciate authentic community settings will find it a comfortable place to stay. All that said, it is our experience that younger folks or at least those young at heart appreciate this property the most.

Property is accessed via a smart lock. Guests will enjoy the entire house and yard to themselves

Important to note that this property does require the ability to climb a flight of stairs. After all, we call it the "treehouse".

Recommend use of a vehicle

This property sits on a lot with another of Rorry's listings, which may or may not be occupied with guests at the time of your stay. Either way, the houses are completely separate and private and there are no shared spaces between the two. With that said, the other property guests can be easily disturbed, so quiet hours MUST be observed. We do require guests to sign our rental agreement.
