3 Bed/2.5 Bath Townhome away from home! Sleeps 7!

Beautiful townhome in a well established, quiet, family neighborhood! This home offers a split floor plan with the main living areas (kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath) downstairs and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The master features a king size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms (one with a twin over full size bunkbed and one with a queen sized bed and traditional desk/workspace) that shares a hall bathroom with a stand up shower and double vanities!
The space
Upon walking up the entry way there is a private courtyard patio that guests will have sole access to. There is a dart board and comfortable patio seating to enjoy Florida's beautiful sunsets outside! You have the view of a beautiful greenspace directly across from the townhome. Once you enter the home, through an electronic lock, there is an open living room with a smart TV (as well as cable) and even an assortment of board games! The kitchen, dining area, and half bath are also located downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with complimentary coffee and any kitchenware you may need to prepare a meal at home - as well as a few small kitchen appliances such as a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and crock pot. Upstairs there is a hall bathroom with a stand up shower and double vanities for the two guest rooms to share. One guest room has a queen size bed and large desk that is perfect for working from home. The other room has a twin over full bunk bed and a beautiful view of the scenic green space out front. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vanity, and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have closets with hangers as well as smart TVs where you can log into your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. The TVs also have the xfinity app (our local cable provider) to be able to watch cable in any of the bedrooms as well. We are happy to provide a travel bassinet and/or pack n play, as well as high chair and baby bath tub, or any children dinnerware - we just ask that you please request this in advanced as it is not left out.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

Located in the well established and beautiful Killearn neighborhood. This is a very safe and family oriented neighborhood. The home is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Please note that this would NOT be a good property for a party and we do ask you to please be mindful and respectful of quiet hours for neighbors :)
