Guest privacy is provided by the 2.3 acre lot located high on a hilltop in Talkeetna’s forest canopy. Enjoy sweeping views of amazing sunsets while BBQing or possibly a stunning aurora display while sipping some hot chocolate from the large west facing deck. Located off the great room, the spacious deck provides the perfect place for guests to unwind from a busy day of adventure.
Built in 2023, this 2,300 sq ft. modern unit offers all the comforts of home:

Amenities inside include; baseboard heating, wood stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction electric cooktop, microwave, kitchen fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, washer & dryer, televisions in the great room and upstairs guest bedroom, plenty of lighting, and a fan in each room.

Amenities outside include; Private, flat road below the property offers extra and ample parking for snowmachine or boat trailers. Propane BBQ, table and six chairs (stored during winter). Snow shovels and traction sand are available for use outside during the winter.
Winter Guests: Please notify property owner if you plan to use the private road for additional parking to ensure the road will be plowed for your use.

Please note this property is located in a residential neighborhood. Parties/events are not allowed, and quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
