Lemon Tree Villa - Luxurious 3 Bed, 3 Bath Villa just 500m from Tala Village Square

Lemon Tree is a high specification villa situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. All 3 bedrooms have En-Suite or adjacent bathrooms and overlook the superb garden areas, 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool and have lovely sea views. The furnishings are not typical of a rental property; the owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard (thus the beds and sofas are nice and comfy!) as it is their intention (at some point), to make it a permanent home.

The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, benefiting from an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to name just a few. The living area with feature fireplace is stylishly furnished with a chocolate brown suite in Italian leather, flatscreen TV (with satellite), DVD player, Ipod Docking Station and CD player. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6. The first double bedroom with king-size bed is located on the ground floor and has patio doors that open directly on to the pool terrace. A separate shower room is located close by.

A bright and open white marble staircase, leads to the first floor where the spacious landing area (with picture window and seating) and remaining bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with sofa set affording a relaxing setting to enjoy the sea views.

The final bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Air-conditioning (which is included in the price) is provided in all bedrooms, living area and kitchen. A safety deposit box is provided for safekeeping. All bed linen and towels (inclusing those for by the pool) are provided.

The large 10m x 5m private pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. An 'Outback' Gas BBQ is provided along with a table and chairs (under the pergola) for alfresco dining at all times of day and on those warm summer evenings. The pool, gardens & terraces are all illuminated at night. The maturing landscaped gardens planted with olive and lemon trees surround the villa and are dotted with colourful hibiscus borders. Privacy fencing to the front of the garden provides additional screening and the villa has its own shaded private parking place.

''Lemon Tree is a beautiful Villa in a quiet location, it has everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. A real home from home.

The location was perfect for us because we prefer a quiet location. It wasn’t far into Paphos and close to Coral Bay if you wanted a day at the beach or a tour around the local area. It was only a 10 minute walk and you could enjoy the restaurants and Taverna’s in the square.

Tala square was lovely, we really enjoyed Martika’s Kitchen (Great for people like myself who eat a Gluten Free diet) Melitzia Taverna was also lovely both have amazing views on an evening but make sure you book. We also enjoyed Masasoura Tavern watching the children run through the water fountains. The little shop in the Village is very good and the staff are so friendly and helpful, they have a good selection of everything you will need.

I couldn’t fault the service from LetsRentOnline.com you have been brilliant throughout. Steven kept in touch providing information on the property and things to do in the local area. Really good service thankyou

''We had a great time at Lemon Tree Villa. What a lovely villa in a nice setting in Tala that had lovely restaurants and bars at cheap prices compared to other tourist places that we tried. Your company was very helpful with all aspects of our booking; I was very impressed. Your pool maintainer Simon and his lovely wife Louise were very very helpful and most obliging ; nice people.

We loved the villa. It was clean, spacious, well fitted and comfortable. The TV package was an added bonus. It was a quiet area, with good views

Melitzia Taverna in Tala Square was fantastic with great food, service and excellent value for money. We also loved Anesi Restaurant which is further away on the road out of Coral Bay (we have been before when we stayed in Coral Bay hence why we knew about it). Steaks here are just divine and the owner George is a great bloke. In fact the owners of Melitzia and Anesi are in fact brothers!! Running great restaurants obviously runs in the family!

Had no reason to communicate with the managers/owner as generally you only have to do that if you have an issue or problem - we had neither. We did speak to the pool cleaning guy, he was a nice bloke! Once again, many thanks Paul''.

''The villa was exactly as described. Clean and plenty of all the things needed for a comfortable villa holiday. It was great having all the sport channels as well as all the movie library. Outside space was excellent, well maintained and benefitted from full days of sun. The villa was in a residential area, situated in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. Tala is small but lovely. There are enough restaurants to let you eat out without too much revisiting. It is an uphill walk to the village square, but it was easily manageable in around 7mins. It would be challenging for anyone with walking difficulties. A car is needed to let you have the freedom to see other parts of the island and for shopping etc. We liked Casa Luna (at the bottom of the hill), Markitas Kitchen was a bit different and a favourite

Service provided was very good, simple and we had no issues. Taxi firm were good, cleaning agents and pool guy, very nice and nothing was a trouble. Communication was easy, straightforward and any questions raised were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Everything was great..''.

Location was perfect for our requirements on this holiday, as the main part of our trip was visiting friends who have recently moved to Tala, Cyprus. Mario’s Bar and Melitzia Taverna was perfect in Tala Square as was the mini market.

''Lemon Tree villa is in a class of its own. Exceptionally well maintained the villa has all the equipment you need plus many other features not normally offered with holiday villas. A comprehensive television service is provided with a very wide range of programmes and air conditioning that is effective and fitted throughout the villa unlike many other villas where this does not happen.

The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac within easy walking distance of Tala square. We were very satisfied with the service received from LetsRentOnline. Our favourite restaurants in Tala were Melitza and Stamna. The Artemis Trail at Mt. Olympus is an easy 7km walk with nice views. The walk to the lighthouse from the castle in Paphos is nice (1.7km each way)

''What a fantastic home – unbelievably spacious – we absolutely loved it. The very private garden was beautiful, lots of colourful spring flowers, different seating areas, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for that all important shade and the swimming pool was very large and very deep, there was even a washing line hidden away at the back of the property (very useful).

3 extremely generous sized bedrooms, 2 with king beds and a lovely twin room. Each bedroom had it own bathroom which was great for us having 2 teenaged children. Plenty of bathroom and pool towels. Air-conditioning/heating, ceiling mounted fans and floor standing fans and radiators. The villa was extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean, as was the swimming pool. The kitchen was like a home from home with a generous amount of plates, cups, glasses etc, (which meant we didn’t have to put the dishwasher on after every meal, we have stayed in lots of holiday villas over the years and Lemon Tree villa had everything in the kitchen you could want and more! Plenty of coat hangers in the large fitted wardrobes, and lovely patio furniture on the upstairs balcony with views over the sea. Everything was done to a high standard and the rental cost was extremely good.

The villa is situated in Tala, about a 30 minute drive from Paphos airport, we found it very easy to find from the directions you gave us. Tala is a lovely village on the hillside above Paphos, it is easy (if slightly hilly) to walk to the village square from the villa, it takes about 10 minutes. As Tala is outside the main tourist spots of Paphos and Coral Bay we found eating out very reasonable, it cost us about £50 for starters, main courses and 2 beers and 2 soft drinks for 4 people and the food was delicious.

We loved Viklari, The Last Castle, and the Melitizia Taverna and the Amphitheatre Café in Tala. All these we would highly recommend for their quality of food and value for money.

LetsRentOnline.com were the best agents we have rented a villa from, the booking process was easy and straight forward, I felt that you cared about us as clients and I loved the fact that you responded promptly to our enquiries etc. I also loved the fact that you sent us information about Cyprus, detailed directions to the villa and information and discounts on things to do/where to eat whilst in Cyprus – we haven’t had this with other agents.

Ruth, our local manager, was extremely friendly and helpful and when the electricity failed, she got back to us within a matter of minutes to sort everything out. The villa was very clean inside and out.

''The villa was lovely, very clean on arrival and the pool was spotless as well. We had a mid holiday linen change, the girls were lovely and cleaned and swept all the floors as well. Love the location, in a quiet area but only 5 mins walk from various places to eat and a couple of places to have a drink. Ate in all restaurants in Tala, all were lovely, but our favourite is Meliza's. Marios is a good bar for drinks, both in Tala square.

Absolutely satisfied , have booked with you many times and wouldn't hesitate in the future. We had a fabulous holiday and hope to return in a few years''.

''We LOVED the villa. Excellent location, once you have a car. The village is certainly within walking distance but I wouldn’t like to have been carrying groceries or luggage from there to the villa. We loved Tweedys restaurant in Kissonerga & Melitzia Tavern in Tala. Lara Beach was fantastic but getting there is not for the faint hearted!

Yes, very much so. Everything was very straight forward. We never heard from or met the owners at any stage during our fortnight there! This might bother some people but we were actually delighted to be trusted with their gorgeous home. We had a great holiday!

''The Villa was perfect for us with everything we could have wanted or needed, the rooms were very spacious and was like a home from home, the outside space was generous with a very large pool. The location of the villa was lovely, in a quiet private cul de sac, approximately
5 mins walk from the lovely square in the centre of Tala. There are some lovely traditional Cypriot restaurants in Tala Square with Melitza being our favourite, but we ate at all of them and wasn't disappointed.
