I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. "Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too! "

"We had a great few days in Macau on Altira Hotel. It has a great view over the sea, and the 'mainland Macau', but is a quick taxi ride to all the big hotels on 'the strip'. Great restaurants, and nice and quiet. Only downside is limited outside space for relaxing in the sun. Would recommend staying here, as service is impeccable."

"This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Macau. The check in was quick, staff very friendly and helpful, unlike many other hotels that I’ve stayed at! Their bar in the lobby is also very nice, excellent food and drinks. Would love to come here again for sure!"

I booked the Wonderful King room with Cotai view, the front desk staff did a fantastic job which meet my requirements, thanks so much for his efforts for giving me the request of what I want.
