"It was easy to find the shuttle service at HKIA (just follow the signs). We took the last shuttle service due to our late arrival into HK. The bus driver pointed for us to load our own luggage into the shuttle which was a bit disappointing. Check in was smooth and quick. Internet is just general hotel wifi with no room specific pasword, so anyone can log on. Buffet breakfast was great! Our family enjoyed the variety. Overall a convenient place to check into if needing a place near the airport."

Location looks very near to Disneyland but in fact there is no direct road between the two, so it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland at 9am and 10am. It also runs in the evening but before the park closes and before the fireworks at 9pm."

"Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple. "The hotel is modern, well situated and convenient. And it will no doubt be even better when current renovations are completed. The mediocre rating is because of some failures during the stay. For starters, we are still wondering why there was a belief that two coat hangers would suffice for two people. Or why there were no hand towels. Not only had they not been provided, but they simply didn’t exist. In a city keen on hygiene, this is surprising. But finally, staff seemed generally disengaged and at checkout even dismissive. "
