The Alpine peaks area is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We are up in the mountains while still being close to all amenities.

We have parking for one car in the driveway.
We also have 2 spots available across the street.

Cell reception in the area can be patchy.

10% Transient Occupancy Tax collected upon arrival.

Highly recommend 4x4 vehicles in the winter. The roads and our driveway can become icy when it snows.
