Enjoy 2,150 square feet of living space in this Rocky Ridge vacation rental condo. Recently
redecorated, this end unit backs up to the national forest and state park, providing the peace
and quiet of a mountain retreat. Upstairs consists of a bright and open living area with high
vaulted ceilings and large wood burning fireplace. The dining area is open to the living area with
a large table. Enjoy BBQing on the deck or lounging in the sun. The kitchen features new
appliances and everything you may need to make a meal. The adjacent family room provides
additional space for lounging, eating and game playing. Downstairs there are two guest rooms,
one with a queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. In addition, there is a bonus guest
room for kids with two small twin beds. These bedrooms share a large full bathroom at the end
of the hallway. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area, small outside
deck and a full bath. The unit has Wi-fi access and cable. Upstairs there are ceiling fans in the
living and family rooms.
The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky ridge is a gated community
of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy access to hiking, mountain
biking, snowshoeing, xc skiing and sledding right outside your door. Amenities include 2
swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, pickleball, playground, Bocce ball and a private
beach, located just down the road with parking, pier, clubhouse and volleyball.
All of our rentals come with a fully equipped kitchen; most kitchens do not have pantry items
due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as
well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-fi. Ceiling fans in upstairs
living area.
