• Covered Parking at the Lower Ground of the building. Subject to availability. Parking Fee - PHP350 per night to be settled in cash upon check-out.
• Another parking location is at the Ayala Malls Serin across the condominium building for a PHP350 overnight parking fee.

• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The swimming pool is open from 7 am - 6:30 pm (closed every day from 12 pm - 1 pm for cleaning)

• Mini Playground accessible Daily from 7:00 AM onward
• Common view deck areas are located on the 8th and 11th floors.
