The Space:

Casa del Parque offers a spacious, bright and comfortable setting for families and groups of up to 6 guests. The house features 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, as well as one private bathroom, a welcoming living area and a dining space.



The equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and a washing machine.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden or rear patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing in the fresh air. The property also includes free Wi-Fi, heating, television, a games room and a workspace suitable for laptops.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living areas, games room, garden, barbecue area and private parking. The accommodation is not shared with other guests.



The property is arranged on one level and has a private entrance. Before arrival, we will send all the necessary self check-in information, including the instructions and code for collecting the keys from the lockbox.

Casa del Parque is located in the centre of Tacoronte, close to shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and everyday services. The area combines the convenience of a central location with a peaceful residential atmosphere.



Guests can easily discover the historic centre of Tacoronte, Plaza del Cristo, the Jardines de Hamilton, the local farmers’ market and the traditional gastronomy and wine culture of northern Tenerife. The coast, Mesa del Mar and El Pris are also within a short drive.



Getting Around:

Shops, restaurants, local services and several places of interest in central Tacoronte can be reached on foot. Public transport is also available nearby, with connections to La Laguna and other areas of northern Tenerife.



The property includes free private parking within the grounds, and no reservation is required. Free public street parking may also be available nearby, subject to availability.



A car is recommended for visiting Mesa del Mar, El Pris, La Laguna and other parts of the island more comfortably.

The property has free private parking within the premises 🚗. There is no need to reserve a parking space in advance.



Free public street parking may also be available in the surrounding area, subject to availability and local parking regulations.



The property does not have a swimming pool.



Pets are permitted 🐾, although additional charges may apply.

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 10:00, so please be considerate of the neighbours, particularly during the evening and at night.
