"Our expetations were high do to the 5 star rating hotel and all the positive reviews. Unfortunately the hotel didnt live up to the high rating or the reviews. The other hotels we have been visiting with less stars, were better and the staff were a lot more professional and nice. We paid for the new years eve as we arrived at the hotel and checked in without further information about the arrangement. "Nice secluded spot a short walk from Diniwid Beach. Awesome staff and cute dogs on the property. Great value for the price. Only downside is it's about a half hour walk to get to the busier part of the beach if that is what you are seeking on your stay. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax in Boracay! Would definitely stay again. :-)"

"The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!! "
