"Beautiful property with a beautiful view of mountains and lake right out the front door. Very comfortable accommodations - large master bedroom with large kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! The freeway is across the lake but we could not hear it at all in the house. Beautiful front porch to sit out on!"

"Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back!"

"As a family we always camp on Labor Day weekend but this Labor Day was supposed to be cold and rainy so we decided to do a v b r o and did we hit the jackpot. It was so perfect for our shut-in large family. The game room was great and there were many toys for the kids. We also did the hot springs and went to Grand Lake for miniature golf and a hike.
