"Mooie locatie, alles dichtbij en mooi uitzicht. Huis is wel gedateerd qua interieur en de tuin had weinig sfeer, wat zonde is omdat de plek geweldig is. Interieur zou een opfris beurt kunnen krijgen en de tuin sfeervoller door bijvoorbeeld verlichting en mooie bloempotten. In de tuin kapotte verlichting en rommelig. Zwembad is fantastisch . Ook het solarium was sfeerloos en daardoor niet uitnodigend om te gaan zitten. Heel jammer want het is een geweldige plek!! Er zou zoveel meer van dit huis...

Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Strand in Guardamar. Das Appartement hat auch einen eigenen Pool, was wir sehr schätzen, da wir keine Gemeinschaftspools mögen. Wir fahren zur Erholung dort hin und freuen uns auf ruhige Tage dort. Man kann aber dort auch sehr gut ausgehen. . Das Ehebett ist sehr bequem und man kann sehr gut dort...

"This villa is ideal if you want a pool. The pool is spot on and clean and is in a perfect position for the sun all day. The villa is a little dated and is a bit mis match, it could would benefit from proper glassware instead of plastic glasses The lounge is lovely and comfy, internet is hit and miss because of the proximity in the hills. Bedrooms do need to be updated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Overall the outside of the villa does make up for...

"The villa was on the outskirts of Torrevieja - we wished we'd hired a car as it was hot walking. Torrevieja centre & market were walkable. The villa is a quarter house and was spacious and well equipped. It was in a quiet area so good for relaxing. Good air conditioning & bathrooms with great showers. There was a Mercadona supermarket, bars, various restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk away. The Indian restaurant was very good but there was also Chinese, Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean and...

"The villa was just as described and as we had hoped. Beautiful, spacious villa which met the needs of all of us there from 1 to 65. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host...

"The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it."

"Todo bien, la casa aceptable, la televisión se corta de vez en cuando, la zona de piscina tuvieron que levantar una parte del suelo por una fuga de agua, pero de no ser por este percance estaba bien, tuvimos un día la piscina sucia pero se solucionó. La comunicación con el propietario buena por wasap. Para bajar a la playa hace falta coche pero está cerca, a diez minutos, en general buena estancia, zona muy tranquila."
