"excellent hotel for the price. nothing to complain about. nice pool area. you get what you pay for. a bit annoying though to find out afterwards that you have been signed up for some "Hilton Garden newsletter" which has proven to be impossible to unsubscribe from. have tried for almost a month but keep getting spammed. seems like it slows you down you just sign up at check in without being clearly asked. I think you are clearly trying to collect permissions without permission."

"Fantastic hotel, good check-in, good service, good food, delicious pool, good fitness, nice staff and a nice clean beach with good opportunities for walks along the beach. We did have two unfortunate experiences, but they were handled very professionally. The first was that there was actually surprisingly dirty behind the bed. It wasn't something you could see immediately, but since I suffer from dust allergies it hit you very hard the first night. The staff took it very seriously and they came 3-4 men and took the whole bed apart and cleaned behind the bed. The second problem we had was that an AC pipe burst in the room above us, so there was water in our entire room including in my wife's suitcase and in all her clothes. The staff again took the problem seriously and all my wife's clothes were cleaned at the hotel's expense, we got a new room, and were compensated very fairly. Many thanks to Wenten who handled the problem very professionally. This is a hotel we will come back to."
