"Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "

"Impressive design of hotel, The heated pool was enjoyable. Staff is very attentive and nice. Just felt great when staying there. Only con are the roads to the city center. They are in very poor condition, but of course not something the hotel can be accountable for. "

"We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. "We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. "
