The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch."

" The hotel is well placed next to the Church and the railway station. We had a large family room in which you could create two separate spaces. We arrived on December 24th and had not made any plans, we were invited for Christmas dinner with the other residents and the staff and enjoyed a well prepared potluck. When my daughter and I got sick, the lady at the reception went to the pharmacy to find medication. I can only recommend this hotel, the staff is extremely kind."

"We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. "The hotel was quite new with good rooms. Eventhough, the hotel is not in the hectic central area, the rooms are poorly sound isolated. We were kept awake either by the basement karaoke or loud other guests."
