"The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London.
The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property.
There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached...

"This is a no-frills hotel with none of the usual things you’d normally expect like tea making facilities etc, but having said that I checked in early with no problems, the young barmaid who assisted was friendly and helpful, the room was quite a good size and the bed was comfy and the sheets clean, and the shower was as good as anywhere with a good flow and hot water. Free parking too. Our room was on the top floor and was very quiet, but since the hotel is above a lively pub i guess other rooms...

"It's a great hotel for a trip on budget. Right next to the underground that will take you to Heathrow, Buckingham Palace, Picadilly Circus etc.
Very friendly staff. I misjudged time when i ordered a burger before i had to go to a musical. I had to leave before I could eat the burger. They did not charge me for me it. I would of course have payed for it if they wanted to.
If I can anything to complain about, it would be that there are no door to the shower so water will come out on the floor on...

It was a fantastic time to stay in Hampstead with Oak & Poppy! The facilities are authentic and modern, with very quiet surroundings so we had a rest very well. We would definitely like to come back here for the next holiday.

(You don’t know how rare that is) I only had two small problems. The neighborhood can be pretty dirty with the surrounding neighborhood just dumping trash all over. My other other is the plumbing can be a lil wonky, maybe it was just us but we could only get the water in the shower to come out boiling hot or...

"Brilliant!! Stayed for a concert in Tottenham and was just thinking that it would be a "it'll have to do" hotel room but was very happy with the room/hotel - they even had cereals and soft drinks in room which was much appreciated!! Thankyou ,,will hopefully stay again when back in area xx"

Oxford Street, Hyde Park og Madame Tussauds, 10-15 min. gang fra Undergrunden, det er vel okay. Når vi kom retur til værelset om aftenen, havde vi en duft af indisk mad fra restauranten i stueplan - det duftede dejligt."

Den ene indiske receptionist var uvenlig og ikke service mindet. Det værste var at man ikke kunne komme og stille bagagen ved tidl. ankomst og ved afgang kunne den heller ikke stå nogle timer på hotellet som alle andre steder vi har rejst!
