The Space:
This unique 36 m² Studio is located on the 6th floor. It offers comfortable accommodation for 3 people. It is an excellent choice for a romantic getaway for two or for business travelers. Modern, yet cozy interiors create a peaceful atmosphere, and fully functional equipment guarantees a high level of comfort. Tastefully selected accessories give the interiors elegance and a unique character. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The living area is a cozy space for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. A large, comfortable double bed guarantees a good night's sleep and provides regeneration after a day full of impressions, as does the single sofa. Soft armchairs invite you to relax, and large windows let in plenty of natural light. The balcony overlooking the city adds additional charm, where morning coffee will taste even better. The dining table is a place for eating shared meals, as well as a coherent combination of the living room with the kitchenette. The decor of the kitchenette harmoniously matches the rest of the room. Thanks to high-quality equipment such as an induction hob, dishwasher, toaster or fridge, it allows you to prepare home-cooked meals. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia such as a flat-screen TV with Netflix and terrestrial television and free WiFi access. The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the new high-standard development Hanza Tower at 46 Wyzwolenia Avenue. This modern development provides a luxurious and comfortable environment for your stay in Szczecin. On the premises of Hanza Tower there are many facilities for guests, such as a representative lobby with a reception desk, a sauna and a swimming pool. In the immediate area there are many attractions for lovers of art and culture. The Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall is 1.1 km away, the Polish Theatre is 1.4 km away and in summer the city invites you to the Summer Theatre in Jan Kasprowicz Park (2 km). Szczecin is rich in many tourist attractions. Among the most popular are the Chrobry Embankment (1.4 km), the Old Town (1.5 km) and the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle (1.5 km). The area also abounds with many restaurants serving delicious dishes, as well as cafes offering aromatic coffee. Just around the corner is the Restaurant in the Dana Hotel, and 750 m away is the "Świtiaź" Café. In the immediate vicinity we can find Galaxy shopping and entertainment centre with Multikino and many shops (400 m). An unquestionable advantage of the location is the close proximity to the tram stop, and to the bus stop we have 300 m. It is 2 km to the Main Bus Station and 12 km to the Railway Station.
