"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"The apartment was exactly what we expected and really nice. I did the booking 1,5 hour before arrival so I sent a message on WhatsApp and the communication and help was amazing! I do recommend this place to anyone :)"

"Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile"

"Ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Ästhetisch und ansprechend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zwei kleine Mängel: Uhr ging nicht - Batterie schnell gewechselt, behoben. Abfluss verstopft - "Kret" hat geholfen :) Direkt vor der Haustür ein "Zabka"-Geschäft mit sehr kundenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten, großer Auswahl und sehr gutem Kaffee. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. "It’s a nice apt with nice appliances. But it was too complicated to access, operate and maneuver. But Next door to Spodek. To get to actual apt..you have to drag ur luggage across a parking area. Up steps. To enter the bldg. there is no place for a taxi or uber to park closer to the entrance…. My biggest frustration was that the font on the door to explain instructions were in less than 3 point ..I wh need a magnifying glass to read it.. when I closed the apt door from the inside , it...
