VILLA ROSSANA - SYRACUSE AREA

Located just a few steps away from the stunning crystal waters of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve area, with private swimming pool and gorgeous sea views, the property is just a few minutes’ drive from Syracuse and its enchanting historic centre, within a short drive to the sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche, the Vendicari nature reserve, the sea villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo and the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.

Within a 15 minutes walk you can find the nearest pizzeria and the nearest restaurant.

The villa is split between a main house and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor, accessed from the outside, we find a playroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the living area, a large and spacious open plan room with sofas, dining table with chairs and kitchen area with island and stools. There is one double bedroom (180x200cm) here, one bathroom with shower and a terrace.

On the second floor we have one double bedroom (160x200), one twin bedroom (each single bed 80x200cm) and one bathroom with shower.

Please note that there are no internal stairs between the ground floor and the first floor.

ANNEX:
Here, we find one double bedroom (180x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and a small terrace, one double bedroom (180x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and a patio.

Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool (10x7m; 1.2 – 1.8m deep; open from April 1st to November 15th) with sun lounges and umbrella, loggia with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area.
