The two-level property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, and TV.



You will have exclusive access to the private outdoor area with pool and open terrace. The pool area is furnished for dining and relaxation, with a pool (depth: 1.3 m) featuring a saltwater whirlpool and an emotional waterfall, always available.



The owner lives in the villa with her son. Her presence ensures that rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and tidied daily, with linen changed every 3 nights. She is available for breakfasts, lunches on request, and support in organizing local activities—always respecting your privacy and making you feel at ease. Please note, the internal staircase to the upper apartment (where the host lives) is shared.



There is also a complete outdoor kitchen (fridge, wood oven, freezer) and an outdoor shower with a bathroom accessible to all. Laundry area available.



Supermarket just 20 meters away, nearest beach about 5 minutes by car. Four on-site parking spaces and free street parking available.
