"Full of little kids running around the halls and in the pool and hot tub. Didn't get to use those amenities. The location was nice and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. "

"I have been to the lodge many times over the years and have discovered that things are starting to change, no room on the dining area (over crowded), toilets are very loud and the heating cooler units have taken on their noise throughout the night and can be heard on the floors. Time for some upgrades. The lodge is a great place to stay for the area but there are limitations."

"Nice place with quiet rooms. The breakfast was good, but not ready at time. We didnt get Towers for all if us (that happened every Day) but we could Pick up some in reception. But quiet and clean hotel. We were there to see the waterfalls as many otter and we were suppriced the staff didnt know that many off the falls was closed due to a fire 2 years ago"

"Curtains were ripped, cobwebs up in corners of main room and when we first entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We would love to have been able to swim but the pool was closed for maintenance. Employees were friendly and helpful. Some family members that booked a room had to go elsewhere because there was no elevator. Two were elderly and could not do stairs and no more first floor rooms were available. "
