"We stayed in the honeymoon (King) Suite and it was fabulous. The most comfortable bed and beautiful views of the grounds. Lynneee is a lovely and generous host. She welcomed us with a yummy charcuterie board and bottle of local wine. And the breakfast was decadent. Make sure to take photos in fun king/queen costumes in the downstairs den. I highly recommend a stay here for an unforgettable experience. "

"The Charles is perfectly located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and by being at the end of the shopping area it avoids having the tourist crowds. All the Staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special call-out to the breakfast staff who were exceptional. The food at Breakfast (omelette- wow) and fine-dining in The Hobnob was also exceptional. The building is charming and beautiful, but looking tired with flaking paint and wobbly paving.
