"Dingle is the perfect walkable little town. I’ve stayed just out of town but it is less convenient. I’ve also stayed at a hotel right in town but it was noisy. This was perfect because you could easily walk but a little quieter."

"We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time! "Lovely house outside town on a cliff. It was rainy and cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outside which was amazing. Unfortunately when we arrived the power was out due to weather. It took a while to warm up the house. Even with the heat on it was chilly in the house. Great washing machine and good to have 2 bathrooms. Best to enjoy this house in good weather."

"Location, location, location! Well appointed home only 7 min walk into town. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room to stretch out, wash clothes at mid-point of our 8 day tour of Ireland, make a home cooked barbecue meal one night, etc. Hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of hiking. Property was super modern and spotlessly clean. Killarney our favorite town on the trip, and easy drive to Dingle peninsula and other areas."

"We stayed at the Historic Hideaway for two nights with another couple. The apartment was clean and well decorated and we loved the exposed stone walls. We weren’t going to attempt getting the car into the drive, but we were able to find parking on the street with a parking disc. Since we were away most of the daytime hours, this never presented an issue (though we knew of the nearby parking garage, if we needed it.) The host also had great local recommendation. We would definitely stay here...

"This townhouse has it all! Large and well furnished interiors, nicely equipped kitchen, and a fabulous location close enough to downtown Kinsale to walk to everything, but on a quiet side street. We would recommend it highly to anyone looking for space, comfort, and very nice ambience. Carmen is a charming host, and helped us with anything we needed as soon as we asked! Kinsale is a small town right on the water with lots of character, interesting sites, and great local pubs. Lovely destination,...

"Great location for Killarney National Park. We stayed 5 days and walked Gap of Dunloe then boated across, Ring of Kerry with boat trip to Skelligs, day trip to Blarney castle and Cobh , Dingle and Slea Head and golfing at Beaufort golf course. Very well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with ensuites have showers with bath shower combo in main bath. Great for two couples or family. You do need a car. Host was great and offered suggestions that helped make our stay special."

"I had always wanted to “live” in the South West of Ireland. To unpack, and take daily adventures from that location. This was a perfect location to fulfill that. "Everything was mostly clean, but using the water heater was an adjustment and neither of the toilets flushed correctly. That was quickly fixed by maintenance though. My only real complaint about the property was the noise level. It seems that these apartments are rented out to large groups of students who party and make an unbelievable amount of noise. Great amenities, not so great with the noise. "
