"Tae, who worked the front desk, cleaned the rooms and greeted every guest with a smile is a HUGE asset to this property. She made sure to help us with any questions that we asked. She worked so hard and always seemed to be happy to see us despite how much she was juggling. The property was convenient and comfortable. The fitness center was nice too. Thank you for a good stay!"
"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?
There was no TV's anywhere and...
