"Over all the hotel was clean, good breakfast and in a great location. My complaint is that we booked through Expedia and paid before we arrived. They asked us to put a card on file for the security deposit. Without telling us we were charged at the time of adding the card during check in and again at check out. I was over charged for my stay by $430. We spent hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia being told the manger was either on her way to the hotel and would call us when she arrived...

"This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is a bit more geared toward conferences than family trips, although it would be fine for either. Two things kept it from being great, check in and parking. I've heard many a speach from front desk staff at check in explaining where things are and giving general information, this staff offered nothing really. They collected extra fees and handed out key but that was it. Given the hotel has a kind of disconnected layout this was a bit frustrating....
