"Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good stay here. The parking garage was unavailable to us during our stay due to the condo association doing scheduled cleaning and maintenance in it. Which was too bad because there was only two-hour parking allowed on the streets surrounding the building during the day. There was also no overnight parking in the area unless we made an online account and filled out an application for it with the local police. Not a big deal to do that, but still an unexpected...
"Fantastic boat stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed with Patrick and it’s been our favorite so far. Boat is immaculate and roomy for two. We really love the location as there’s always something going on at the marina or downtown. Within walking distance to whatever you need. It’s also very reasonable to stay here versus a hotel. One of our favorite places!!! "
"For other travelers considering this spot, just know it's a basement apartment, below a house in a subdivision. I could hear feet walking overhead and voices. The best part is the back porch and view of the trees and creek. I spent a lot of time sitting out there listening to the birds. Inside the space, it's a little dark, and some of the electrical outlets don't work. I had to move the coffee pot and try a few to get my laptop to charge. I still had a pleasant stay and loved the peaceful view."

"I would rate this a 4.5. This was an excellent and convenient location, very attractively decorated, good amenities. The only thing was the kitchen floor and mat in front of the sink was tacky under our shoes. Also the person above the apt played music loudly every evening and on weekends. "
