"Disappointing stay. Beautiful from the outside. We had some basic issues that could have been easily resolved. My Expedia wasn’t working so there wasn’t a way to communicate with staff at night. One of our beds was missing a comforter and there were no extra blankets or towels. Wi-Fi did not work. Staff had to enter our room to fix a leak and left our door open and unlocked. "Fantastisk ferie hotel, med sublim udsigt og gå afstand til den hyggelige by Chatham. De har en lille båd der sejler ud på de mindre øer, og de kan også sejle gæster ud for at se hvaler og hajer (for et fee), maden er gourmet, den ene pool er opvarmet. "We booked this hotel because it offered free breakfast and had family rooms with two double beds, which is what we prefer on family travels. Unfortunately we didn’t get neither. When we checked in they informed us that they were overbooked and did not have the room we had booked. First they offered a room with one double bed, but after us insisting that we could not sleep four people in one bed, they offered us to have two rooms, but on different floors. "I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
