"Honestly the most terribly hotel experience I have had for a long while! The service in the reception and bar was downright rude. They literally yelled at me and were visibly annoyed when I asked or ordered something. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t speak French or they just all hate their jobs but people like this should work in the hospitality business.
