Spacious luxurious rooms, very comfortable beds, 100 % clean, friendly staff all over, great restaurant for evening dining and ala carte breakfast. Beautiful river view from rooms and restaurant. Only inconvenience was the heated pool was not heated :-("

"Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with gorgeous stylish interiors, but evidently understaffed. We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and always replied with a smile. "Location and standard are perfect, the service from the second reception was excelent and they helped with everything. The downside was the cleaning and the valet parking. If we didnt say we went out the we got no cleaning. The valet parking do not work with a phone from another country and nobody told us before the last day. "
