"Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked."

"From check in to checkout our experience there was phenomenal. They were super receptive on the phone to answer questions about their shuttle service. We even had to do a very early morning shuttle at 3 AM for our flight and they accommodated that early time AND included offering us homemade breakfast burritos to take with us because we would be missing the continental breakfast. "Room smelled heavily of urine. Couldn’t switch my room, they were fully booked. The two nearest hotels were fully booked as well, it was 11:30pm so I didn’t bother trying to book downtown. It really sucked paying over $300 to sleep in a room that smelled like that. The guy at the front desk was helpful though, he let me bring a bottle of Lysol back to the room to spray it down a few times before bed. "While the room was spacious, the carpet was stained and old. There was no air conditioning and the windows were open but the room was musty. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shuttle from the airport was helpful."
