The open-plan living area is designed for easy everyday living, featuring a comfortable sofa, HD TV and large bay windows overlooking the neighbouring city buildings and streetscape. A mirrored feature wall adds to the sense of space, while central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining setting comfortably seats four for everything from a leisurely breakfast to takeaway from nearby restaurants.

The bedroom features a queen bed dressed in quality linen, mirrored built-in wardrobes for convenient storage and calming décor that encourages restful nights after exploring the city. Across the hall, the spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, separate shower, generous vanity, and complimentary toiletries. A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack adds convenience for longer stays.

The building's exceptional rooftop level features two heated indoor pools, twin spas and a sauna, each with panoramic views across Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, the Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. While on-site parking isn't available, Circular Quay Station, Wynyard and The Rocks' waterfront attractions are all within easy walking distance, placing the very best of Sydney at your doorstep.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with access to the communal facilities, including the rooftop, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Please make yourselves at home!

~ Linen ~
Please note that we supply one set of linens per stay, regardless of the length of your visit. We use a professional linen service that provides freshly laundered and delivered linens, which are already included in your cleaning fee. Each guest is provided with one bath towel for the entire stay, and each bathroom includes one set consisting of 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat.

Any spare linen we keep on site is not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens is: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels

~ Complimentary Toiletries ~
Please note the hotel-type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying).

~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~
We also offer a 2-hour mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options:

~ Long Stays ~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
