    Please treat the property with care and respect. Clean up after yourselves, wash dishes, dispose of rubbish properly, and leave the apartment tidy upon checkout.

    ➼ Strictly No Parties, Loud Noise, or Events:
    This is a residential building in a quiet neighborhood.

    No parties, events, gatherings, or loud music are permitted at any time.

    A noise monitoring device is installed on-site to ensure compliance.

    Excessive noise, neighbor complaints, or violations of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines.

    ➼ Guest Limit:
    Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Additional guests not listed in your booking will incur a $50 per person per night fee and may result in booking cancellation.

    ➼ Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

    Standard check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    Standard check-out: Before 10:00 AM

    Late check-ins outside agreed times incur a $50–$100 callout fee.

    Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee due to building security requirements. Keys must be kept secure and returned at checkout.
