*There is only street parking in front of the home that is free for 2 hours during certain times. Please read the parking signs.

*The fireplaces are decorative only and cannot be used.

*This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a highchair and travel cot, however, we do not provide linen for this. You're welcome to bring your own.

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* Max 6 overnight guests. Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
