HOME TRUTHS
- The apartment is on the first floor (top floor) of a two-storey heritage terrace building, so guests will need to manage two flights of stairs to reach the property once inside, there is approximately 10 stairs from the street level.
- The property is set back from the street but you may experience some street noise, there is secondary glazing in both the main bedroom and lounge room with the second bedroom at the back of the property should you be sensitive to noise.
- There is no parking available at the property. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, though we recommend arriving by rideshare, bus or taxi for convenience.
- The property has air conditioning throughout to ensure your comfort year round. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.
- We are happy to do what's needed for your stay and below in other things to note you will find a lot more detail.
- There is a Minut home sensor in the living room. This reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched.

There is no parking available at the property. We recommend using Park Hound where you can book a neighbour's garage or driveway. Street parking exists in surrounding streets but can be limited.
The best ways to get around Woollahra include:
- Walking: Queen Street, Double Bay, Centennial Park and Paddington are all within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot.
- Bicycles: Renting a bike is a great way to enjoy the parklands. There are dedicated bike paths throughout Centennial Park.
- Public Transport: Buses frequently run to and from Woollahra, connecting you to Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction and the city. The 333, 389 and 440 bus routes are popular options.
- Rideshares: Uber and other rideshare services are readily available and convenient for getting around, especially at night.
- Taxis: Taxis are easy to find in the area whether you're heading out for dinner, to the airport, or into the city.
