"This is such a gem of a place. The service was impeccable and the staff are so lovely, it made our stay even more special. There loads of activities that travelers can choose to do as well. The pool and area surrounding is so relaxing, tropical and tranquil. There are a plethora of amazing birds and other species to see on the property itself or just a short walk! You can also rent bikes and head into Puerto Jimenez which is lovely and special too. What an amazing property and spectacular...

"Staying at the Golden Pineapple villas was the highlight of our trip. Perfect location with walking distance to the waterfall. The drive there is a little steep at times, so just make sure to have a four wheel drive car to get there. The staff were all very friendly, had such great recommendations for getting around and navigating tourist areas of Costa Rica. They were helpful in me trying to practice Spanish and taught us some Spanish phrases used in Costa Rica and taught us about the Costa...

Die Aussicht ist absolut atemberaubend, das Essen ist extrem lecker, aber vor allem die Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. "This place looks as of it uses to be a big deal, today it is rather worn out, with a bit of a "paranormal movie" spirit - especially in the basement department, but also on the main floor.
This is to some extent also the case for the resturant/pool area, where the sauna, some of the toilets and dressing rooms are in a sad state.
The pool itself appeared nice, and the fitness as well. However many locals kids and families use the pool, meaning there is a lot of noise as the whole village is...
