"Dejligt luksus hotel i business distrikt"

"The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman. The facilities were a little old, but they were well-cleaned, and the traffic congestion I was worried about wasn't that bad. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges.
