"The house keepers didn’t speak English and couldn’t help us.
We asked for more towels cuz we only had 3, and stayed 4 nights. The asked us if we really needed more and why we don’t reuse the ones we had.
Breakfast was great but don’t get a room close to lobby because it’s loud and u can’t sleep.
Side door that was supposed to need a key didn’t need one, the door never latched so anyone could get in."
"The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)...
"The sleeping area itself was beautiful. It has a full sized bed and two twin beds. If you are not straight and white you will be off put by the confederate and other very political flags hanging from the house in the driveway. We did find some bullet casings in the grave next to our car so if you have little ones you might not want to let them walk around by themselves. Doug was very kind. "Excellent cabin and property for the two of us with a small dog. Location is absolutely ideal for all of the area from French Lick to Jasper. The property was amazing, large, and perfect for wearing the dog out before bed time. Cabin was well stocked with interior essentials and plenty of firewood. Seating inside is “cozy” but honestly there’s so much to do out and about you barely notice until late evening. A property."
