"LOVED OUR STAY
We stayed in the Alaska room. Absolutely wonderful. Magnificent bed with a large jetted bath in the room. Very close to some lovely bars and restaurants and also the waterfalls. We would def recommend the Destination Inn and Idaho Falls."
"The sheets were very scratchy and uncomfortable. They didn’t have housekeeping daily . Called to front desk to have towels delivered and they didn’t deliver for an hour. I had called to cancel because it had gotten so late but they delivered anyway. They said the guy delivering had lots of rooms to go to. Not service oriented at all . Will not go back . Didn’t have enough workers ."
"Nice hotel. We booked a studio not realizing the bed was a Murphy bed. The hotel made a change and found a different room to accommodate our request to have a more comfortable sleep and stay. We appreciated it so much and were much more comfortable after the switch!"
