"The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! "

"Of all the places we stayed in our travels throughout southern Chile, this was probably my favorite! Puerto Varas is beautiful and has a lot to offer. This hotel is across the street from the lake and has stunning views of the three volcanos near Osorno. The bathroom is huge and the beds are comfy. The room was clean and quiet--in fact, the whole hotel was quiet! There was a raging party in the event room downstairs during our stay and we didn't hear a thing on the 5th floor. You can walk...
