"While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it."
"Nice breakfast and dinner. The seaside Resturant served fantastic food. The commen areas is very well kept. The largest pool I have ever seen. We booked a 114 kvm villa for 4 persons, when we arrived, there was only one kingsized bed in the villa and we had to pay to get an ekstra bed. We payed over 1500$ for 3 night's, witch was a lot for a hotel in India, and at that price we would expect there to be a bed for all, without any extra charges. "Minor technical issues with air condition in room was not solved during our stay, and a promised extra bed for a friend that arrived unexpected was never delivered. But we managed and enjoyed the place, the pool, and the food."
