"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. "The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). "

"The whole hostel had a great look and feel, and is perfect for travellers who want to really explore the national park due to the location. I was there during the quiet season (winter), so unfortunately the bar/cafe in the common area wasn't open, but it looks like it would be a cool place to hang throughout the rest of the year.
