"well appointed kitchen, beds comfortable/clean. No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

"We really liked this house. It looks small, but there is room for quite a few people. We enjoyed the decorations and the fire pit by the carport. We want to come back with our daughter and her family in the next couple of years. The only thing we didn't like was that is it no handicap accessible. My husband is disabled and had some difficulty with the steps going into the house and the throw rugs on the floor."

"Location was close to Lake Greeson- Crater of Diamonds and the cute and friendly town of Murfreesboro... but the home itself was brand new and nicely tucked away from the rest of the world- peaceful and quiet and it had everything we needed and then some! "Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. "It is a beautiful and clean home! Well stocked with necessities and plenty of nice to have items. The location is far enough from town that its quiet and not a lot of traffic but close enough to the attractions. The property owner was extremely responsive and welcoming."
